Because eBooks are digital products that may be delivered immediately after payment, completed purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered.
If you experience a technical problem, receive an incorrect file, or are unable to access a purchased eBook, please contact us at sanjay.sayootech@gmail.com. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement file or other suitable resolution.
